COURT CONFIRMATION REQUIRED:
The sale is contingent upon court confirmation. This allows for open, competitive bidding at the court hearing. The minimum overbid price shall be an amount equal to the accepted purchase price, plus five percent of that amount, and $500. The court shall determine any further incremental overbidding amounts.
Should court confirm Buyer’s Purchase, then you have 30 days from court confirmation to close. This is an AS-IS sale and no contingencies allowed.
In the event of default by the Purchaser, the Public Administrator may retain the deposit as liquidated damages.
